A 5 storey affordable housing scheme built for Evesham and Pershore Housing Association on behalf of Leadbitter.  The scheme had a reducing foot print at higher levels and was built over a part podium structure. There were many complexities in the design which were overcome through close collaboration with the clients design team. Exterior walkways were incorporated along with open communal staircases.

Construction:
Load Bearing structure with composite concrete floors and roof cassettes - erected in 12 weeks, and completed in November 2012

Finishes:
External finishes included brickwork and had a number of faceted curved areas
