Abertay University in Dundee required new student accommodation, providing the standard and facilities expected by students today.
These large buildings needed to look attractive, they also needed to be built quickly and to a strict budget, whilst also complying with all the health and safety regulations required of large occupancy buildings.
Broadaxe Business Park in Powys was a new site of industrial units commissioned by the Welsh Development Agency. The aim was to create a fresh, modern look whilst also fitting in with the existing buildings on the site.

The Blue Planet building near Newcastle-under-Lyme is a £50m logistics centre in North Staffordshire. Delivering a sustainable building was a priority and so through the efforts of the developers and Kingspan, it has become the first ever building to achieve a BREEAM “Outstanding” rating.
