A 5 storey affordable housing scheme built for Evesham and Pershore Housing Association on behalf of Leadbitter.  The scheme had a reducing foot print at higher levels and was built over a part podium structure. There were many complexities in the design which were overcome through close collaboration with the clients design team. Exterior walkways were incorporated along with open communal staircases.
